House/Appartment 1a is ideal for 2 adults and one child but it can accomodate up to 5 persons. It has a small open plan livingroom with 42inch smart TV , corner sofa(convertible to double bed ) with fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 4 persons, two bedrooms and two toilets/bathrooms and a laundry room.
The master bedroom (due to maintaining original architectural plan) does not have any windows which makes sleeping very quiet and comfortable. It has a double bed 160×200, storage drawers and a 32inch smart tv. The master bedroom has access to its own toilet which has installed a shower overhead so the guests can use it instead of using the central toilet/bath.
The secondary bedroom has a single bed(90×200) a 32inch smart tv and an office desk with pc and printer for work on the go.
The secondary bedroom has its own toilet/bath from which you can access the laundry room which is fully equipped with washing machine, drying machine, washing detergent in capsules, drying clothesline (for drying in the yard), iron board and iron.
Finally the yard has a table and 4 chairs so you can enjoy your afternoon or morning coffe or dinner.
